eb pp Thumbnail1Oyster is a Learning Services Provider launched by Enda Brennan in September 2007.  Oyster's primary goal is to equip people with the knowledge, skills and tools to achieve higher levels of business success and career advancement.  

Everybody at Oyster has extensive real-world experience in their teaching and coaching disciplines and Oyster training and coaching programmes provide practical, relevant, activity-based learning appropriate to each clients needs. Real issues are explored and skills practice is specifically tailored to help enhance individual and business performance.

Oyster is a FETAC Registered Centre and is registered with FÁS and Enterprise Ireland on the National Register of Trainers. Oyster delivers programmes leading to FETAC awards in the National Framework of Qualifications as well as a range of training and business consulting services.

About Enda

Enda Brennan is a results-focused Learning and Development Consultant specialising in Leadership and Managment Learning.  She has over two decades experience in leadership and business management with blue chip companies operating in Ireland and internationally. Her expertise covers the entire value chain from business and product development and production, quality systems, project management, finance and HR, sales and marketing and services delivery to customer relationship management. 

Enda has travelled widely throughout her career and has successfully led culturally-diverse and multi-location teams:

  • “I’ve generally found I don’t have to manage people, they tend to manage themselves once they know what’s needed from them. People want to do a really good job. It’s mostly a case of showing them the destination, helping with the travel arrangements and supporting them in sorting out any difficulties along the way!” -Enda Brennan

Enda has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from University College Dublin, a Foundation Diploma in Training and Education from the National University of Ireland, Galway.  She is an accredited Business, Executive and Personal Coach and NLP Practitioner. Enda is an accredited Emotional Intelligence Assessor (EQ-i) with MHS Toronto and holds Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A and B) from the British Psychological Society .   She is currently pursuing studies for an MSc in Training and Education with Dublin City University.
