Organisation Behaviour Coaching

Oyster specialises in coaching to align behaviours with organisational strategy. Businesses of all sizes now create human capital advantage by proactively defining and developing the behavioural competencies required to achieve the organisations desired goals and outcomes, then coaching to align the habits and practices of persons with leadership and management responsibilities with these desired competencies. When behaviours and competencies align with strategy extraordinary, advantageous momentum is unleashed and highly beneficial outcomes result.

Organisations also gain advantage from coaching for bench strength development. Selecting and nurturing key contributors and high performers is vital for a company’s longevity. But without proper competency identification, gap analysis and elimination, even the most promising careers can be derailed with costly consequences for both the executive and the organisation. Every organisation has known great performers who when promoted seem to loose their edge. It’s a simple fact that strengths valuable at one level of the organisation can become liabilities at another higher level. Coaching facilitates the unlearning of old habits and replacement with new more appropriate behavioural styles, avoiding the disruptive consequences of derailment.
