Communication skills are among the most highly valued of workplace skills. It is a key skill that differentiates leaders, persuaders and influencers from the rest and the further you progress within an organisation the more important this skill becomes. This programme offers learners an opportunity to reflect on the nature of human communication and on their own competence as communicators. It encourages learners who may already consider themselves to be practised and experienced communicators, to explore ways of developing and refining existing skills to their full potential, not only in their professional but in thier private lives too.
